ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS
 
The Estates of Hunting Creek is a Deed Restricted Community and requires homeowners to obtain prior approval for all Architectural changes to your home and property.  If you wish to add a fence, basketball goal, satellite dish, pool, or make any exterior architectural or structural changes to your home, you must first submit an Architectural Modification for approval by the Board of Directors. 

 

The City of Prospect will not issue any permits without a copy of the approval letter from the Estates of Hunting Creek Board of Directors.
