PROPOSED BYLAW AMENDMENTS

The Board of Directors has spent a number of months reviewing and discussing amendments to the HOA's Bylaws to modernize them, streamline some of the processes related to director nominations, notices for Annual Meetings, as well as clarify a number of items contained in the Bylaws.
The Board has held a first Reading and has published the revised Bylaws under the Governing Documents Section. There you will find the original bylaws, the proposed amended Bylaws and a highlighted version to help members see the changes made.
The board will be approving these changes after the 30 day member notification period.
